#烛式MMD模型通用利用条款

①中文版概覽

所有二次创作模型系根据个人偏好制作，与原作无版权联系。 ▼免责声明▼ ▷由于技术有限，模型并非完美无缺。 ▷默认使用者同意并遵守以下所有规约条令，届时使用模型所造成的一切后果由使用者承担。如未閲讀、不理解或對其中任何一項條款有質疑或不同意，請勿使用烛式系列MMD模型。 ▷一旦发现违背利用规约的行为，本人有權隨時停止配布并禁止使用烛式系列MMD模型。 ▼允许事项▼ ☑使用模型进行图像、影像的制作。 ☑有署名作者为前提，在网络平台上发布使用此模型的内容（如公开发表视频、图片，或用作头像、封面等）。 ☑完善物理；修正权重错误及模型bug问题。 ☑为创作需要的增加表情。 ☑为创作需要的骨骼的变动、增减。 ▼禁止事项▼ ▷禁止二次配布（二次配布的含义为：对模型不论改造与否的一切公开发布及私下传递行为。） ▷禁止任何改造（包括贴图、高光材质替换） ※补充规约①：禁止改造的含义为：对模型进行允许事项范围外的任何改造。禁止范围包括更换衣服、本人绘制的模型原贴图、更改任意部位的布线（包括针对脸部进行的顶点改造）。 ※补充规约②：如果是为了使用mstc或其他需要对模型贴图进行处理的渲染，可以改造且无需授权。但是，有且仅可以以使用以上渲染为目的进行改造）。改造后的贴图与模型不允许配布、私下配布以及传递。 ▷禁止将部件挪用、转让（如：将A模型的头发移植到B模型上，或者将部件单独拆分）；子文件夹（tex/sph/toon）中的数据挪用等。 ▷禁止在发表使用此模型相关作品时不注明作者、或是冒充模型作者；对模型作者有欺瞒、侮辱行为；自作发言。 ▷禁止在公开投稿的前提下将角色跨题材一并使用（如：将明日方舟的角色与原神的角色投稿于同一视频）。 ▷禁止商业利用（商业利用的含义为：公开发表投稿的情况下用于发生有金钱关系的行为，包括且不限于bilibili充电计划、lofter打赏等）、或使用于违反社会道德的行为。 ▷禁止以制作视频或图像以外的意图转换此模型格式，包括但不限于改造为mod，使用于AI转换，作为第三方程序可控人物、皮套，以及3D打印制作。 ▷禁止恋爱表现；R-18、宗教宣传、血腥、恐怖、猎奇；流血表现。 ▷禁止在缺少对应骨骼的情况下，或是有明顯的物理漏洞的前提下使用。 ▷禁止与有争议的物件一并使用（如，可能存在爭議的提取物等）；与违规素材一并使用。 *若以上无明确标记允许事项，则默认视为禁止事项。 ▼其他▼ 烛式MMD模型最终解释权归本人（嫣烛）所有。 此文章为通用规约，针对特定情况还请劳烦阅读模型文件夹中的利用条款。

The prohibited scope includes changing clothes, the original texture of the model drawn by oneself, and changing the wiring of any part (including vertex modifications for the face). ▷All parts of this model cannot be transplanted on other models (including textures, sphere and toon). ▷It is prohibited to publish works relatd to the use of this model without indicating the author, deceiving/claiming to be the original creator is also prohibited. ▷Commercial use, Love performance, R-18, political, religious use, religious propaganda, terror, curiosity is prohibited. ▷Cross-subjects are prohibited on the permise of publicly publishing (i.e., use the model of Genshin Impact and the Arknights in the same submission). ▷Violating public and order, lack of wise and subtle judgement is prohibited. ▷Changes to mod, or any types that not for making image or video works is prohibited. ▷Usage of this model which is against the law, norm of morality is prohibited. *If something is not clearly marked as allowed, it is considered prohibited by default. ▼Others▼ The final interpretation rights of 烛'MMD models belong to me(嫣烛). All responsibilities for the consequences caused by using this model is assumed by the user.
